Nature's fury was felt in far away West Java last week via a 7.3 earthquake. A death toll approaching 100 and vast property damage resulted, but Bali remained untouched and unscathed, excepting some mild swaying in local multi-storey buildings

Today’s reportedly the day Culture and Tourism Minister Jero Wacik must decide if he wants to take his new seat in the next national legislature or hold out for a post in the next presidential cabinet. Read more in this Bali Update.
